Make sure you're using the same sign-in method you registered with (email or Google). If you signed up with email and forgot your password, use "Forgot password" on the login screen. Still stuck? Email support@orbitcore.app and we'll help you recover your account.

Open your Profile → the Portfolio tab → tap ADD MEDIA. Choose a photo from your library or camera, or select Choose Video to add a reel (Premium). Media uploads securely to the cloud so it stays crisp and loads fast.

Use the contact form below with the category "Bug report", or email support@orbitcore.app. Include your device model, iOS version, your username, what you expected to happen, and a screenshot or screen recording if possible — it helps us fix it much faster.

Premium is $9.99/month or $89.99/year, purchased in-app through the App Store and auto-renewing until canceled. Spotlight boosts are $2.99 for 5 days (one-time). Manage or cancel anytime from your Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you believe there was an error, email us and we'll do our best to help.

Early-adopter badges are assigned automatically by signup order — the first 100 members become Founding Members, the next up to #1,000 become Pioneers. Your badge appears on your profile the moment you complete onboarding.

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, portfolio and data. You can also email support@orbitcore.app to request deletion.

Use the report option on any profile or listing, or email support@orbitcore.app with details. We review every report and take action on anything that violates our Terms.
